Welcome to Positifity, the small yet powerful tool to help you stay motivated towards your fitness goals!
The idea is simple:
Mark the calendar in the application with green dots on the days you did something positive towards your goal (or yellow or red ones if you didnt do so well). Do this once every day and keep racking up green dots and dont break the chain!
As you do this youll most certainly make some progress towards your weight goals. Positifity helps you update and keep track of this.
If you have a device running iOS8 or later youre able to manage your daily progress in a beautiful widget. Positifity can also sync your weight data to your phones Health application.
